Knight Construction are proud to deliver the Rainscreen cladding installation for the new Wisbech Youth Centre, creating a high-quality façade that enhances the building’s long-term performance and architectural presence within the local community. The project provides a premium appearance that has been extremely well received by the client and will positively contribute to the surrounding area for years to come.

Works Included:

• Sub-framework and support brackets: installed to receive rainscreen system
• Fire barrier system: Rockwool EN fire barrier
• Vapour control layer: high-performance fire rated membrane 
• Rainscreen cladding panels: IMAR perforation pattern 1.5 mm pre-galvanised steel, wavy folded profile
• Flashings: drip, corner, doors, window and soffit in 3mm Aluminium Pearl
• Sliding shutter system: manually operated to two openings with matching IMAR perforated cladding finish
