This project focused on repairing damage caused by an electrical fire, restoring the building's exterior to its original condition and functionality.

Works Included:

• Removal of existing cladding and flashings: fire-damaged materials safely stripped from site
• New cladding panels: 0.7mm GL-32W, in Heritage Green, to match the existing structure
• Insulation: replaced in affected areas
• Flashings: drip, soffit, corner, and gutter flashings in 0.7mm sheet, Heritage Green
• Downpipes: 6-inch downpipe and accessories, in Grey to prevent further damage
