This project involved the complete refurbishment of a plant room at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, focusing on upgrading its roofing and cladding systems for enhanced performance and aesthetics.

Works Included:

• Complete removal and re-sheeting: Existing roof, vertical cladding, and flashings all removed and replaced
• New roof cladding: 40mm KS1000RW, in Olive Green
• New vertical cladding: 0.7mm plastisol-coated single skin GL-32W/1000, in Olive Green
• Flashings: barge, drip, corner, eaves, door drip, jamb, and soffit in 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet, Olive Green
• New double door: Supply and install Defender Safeguard double-leaf steel hinged doorset
