This comprehensive refurbishment project involved stripping the existing roof and vertical cladding and replacing them with new Kingspan composite cladding panels. The upgrade significantly enhanced the building's thermal efficiency while giving it a modern and durable finish.

Works Included:

• Roof cladding: 120mm KS1000RW composite panels in Goosewing Grey
• Vertical cladding: 100mm KS1000RW composite panels in Goosewing Grey
• Horizontal gable infill cladding: 120mm KS1000MR, in Goosewing Grey
• Loading dock cladding: 100mm KS1100CS, in Goosewing Grey
• Pantile roof: Installation of a new pantile roof over the entrance
• Cedral Click façade cladding: Application of Cedral Click façade cladding to the office and gable end.
• Flashings, gutters, and column cappings: ridge, barge, corner, abutment, drip, door and window drip, soffit and jamb, and column cappings all in 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet
• Downpipes: 100mm diameter aluminium, powder-coated
