This project aimed to improve the building's thermal efficiency and natural daylight transmittance by over-cladding the existing single-skin roof and gable ends.

Works Included:

• Safe removal of hazardous materials from the rear gable end of the building.
• Replacement of old, dilapidated rooflights to maximize natural light within the building.
• Installation of the Coverworld Cover Grid over-cladding system, utilizing 0.7mm plastisol-coated CR32 and CW32 single-skin panels for enhanced performance and durability.

The result is a more energy-efficient, well-lit, and modernized facility, meeting the client's functional and aesthetic needs.
