This refurbishment project involved the renovation of the existing roof and installation of new Velux windows to enhance natural light and improve thermal performance. The works were completed to a high standard, maintaining both functionality and visual appeal.

Works Included:

• Installation of new purlins: galvanised 140/1.4mm Zed purlins and accessories
• New roof cladding: 115mm KS1000RW Quadcore panels in Merlin Grey
• Velux windows: 9 manually operated Velux windows, with fabricated aluminium profiled up stands, powder-coated in Merlin Grey
• Flashings: ridge, eaves, barge, and gutter flashings in 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet, Merlin Grey
• Downpipes: 100mm round aluminium, powder-coated in Merlin Grey
• Roof extracts: Dektites installed as required

This project delivered a light-filled, durable, and energy-efficient roofing solution, enhancing both the usability and aesthetic of the Manor Lodge property.
