This project delivered the complete roofing and vertical cladding installation for a 3,200 sqm warehouse in Ashford, Kent. The development incorporated three complementary QuadCore panel systems across the roof and wall elevations. This coordinated approach ensures consistent insulation performance, and durability, while maintaining a clean and unified architectural finish across the building.

Works Included:

• Roof cladding: 100 mm QuadCore KS1000RW system in Anthracite Grey
• Rooflights: Day-Lite trapezoidal FAS units
• Vertical wall cladding type 1: 53 mm QuadCore KS1000RW in Anthracite Grey
• Vertical wall cladding type 2: 90 mm QuadCore KS1000MR in Merlin Grey
• Horizontal wall cladding type 3: 90 mm QuadCore KS1000PL system in White (Sprayed Saffron Yellow)
• ridge, eaves, barge, drip, corner, abutment, door, and window flashings in 0.7 mm plastisol-coated sheet in White Merlin & Anthracite
• Gutter flashings: 0.7 mm plastisol-coated sheet in Anthracite Grey
• Downpipes: 100 mm diameter round powder-coated aluminium In Anthracite Grey
