This new build project involved the construction of a modern staff canteen facility, designed to provide a comfortable space for employees at Bakkavor Desserts. The development has delivered a high-quality facility that enhances the site’s overall infrastructure.

Works Included:

• Roof cladding: Euroclad Elite 6 system with TATA D159 non-perforated decking, top sheet in Gull Grey 
• Insulation system: Bar and brackets with MRF insulation
• Vertical wall cladding type 1: 140mm Quadcore Kingspan KS1000MR panels, XL Forte finish in Jade 
• Vertical wall cladding type 2: 200mm Eurobond Firemaster Extra panels
• Ridge & eaves flashings: 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet in Gull Grey 
• Barge flashings: 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet in Poppy Red 
• Drip, corner, jamb & soffit flashings: 0.7mm plastisol-coated sheet in Jade 
• Downpipes: 100mm round aluminium, finished in Jade
